2. Re-export
Export of previously imported foreign goods where permitted. We review the previous customs status - warehouse, temporary storage, import, free warehouse/FTZ - and structure proper closure of the customs obligations.
9. Temporary storage
Temporary storage under customs control pending placement under the next customs regime. It can serve as a practical bridge while documents, permits, classification or valuation issues are resolved.
10. Customs warehouse
Placement of foreign goods in a customs warehouse under customs control, followed by import, re-export or transfer to another regime. We coordinate warehousing, records, movement and onward customs treatment.
11. Free warehouse
Use of a licensed free warehouse for placement, storage and permitted operations. We structure processing, onward sale/export and transition to other customs regimes.
12. Free customs zone
Placement and use of goods under the free customs zone regime for qualifying projects/production. Important: a Free Economic Zone and a Free Customs Zone are not identical; the latter is a customs regime.
Important: a “bonded warehouse” is not a separate 17th customs regime. Under the special 2026 framework, a bonded warehouse is linked to a free-warehouse license and inclusion in the bonded-warehouse register. A Free Economic Zone and a “free customs zone” are also not identical concepts.
