BANKING, FX OPERATIONS AND TRADE FINANCE COORDINATION

  • Documentary support for FX payments and receipts under foreign trade contracts.
  • Coordination with banks regarding advance/post-payment, letters of credit, bank guarantees and other bank instruments where applicable.
  • Consistency check across contract / invoice / customs / transport / payment data.
  • Supporting package for KYC/AML, beneficial owner, source of funds/source of goods, counterparty and payment-route reviews.
  • Document alignment for correspondent-bank fees, third-party financing/factoring and other cases linked to the underlying export contract.
  • RANDARA is not a bank, payment institution or lender; it does not issue financial products and instead coordinates the trade/documentary side.

INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE & TRADE STRUCTURING

  • Analysis of genuine trade chains involving companies in multiple jurisdictions: seller, buyer, intermediary, shipper, consignee, payer and beneficiary roles.
  • Onshore, low-tax or offshore jurisdiction is not the objective; the core requirements are transparency, economic substance, tax/bank compliance and beneficial ownership.
  • The contract, goods flow and payment flow must be mutually consistent.
  • Risk screening of jurisdiction, bank, counterparty, beneficiary, goods and end user.
  • No services are provided for concealing beneficial ownership or the origin of goods/funds, fictitious invoicing, sanctions circumvention or evasion of mandatory restrictions.
  • Contract value, unit price and currency; for equipment + installation + commissioning + training + royalty, separate pricing of components.
  • Payment currency, method and timing; if payment currency differs from contract currency, the conversion rate and source.
  • Banking, postal and shipment details; payer/shipper/consignee are separately identified if different from the contracting party.
