- Where a project requires comprehensive review of project/procurement/import documentation, prepare the package and coordinate with the State Institution “Center for Improving the Efficiency of Projects and Procurement”.
- For incentive-based imports, prepare equipment/machinery/material lists, technical justifications and documents supporting the legal basis of the incentive.
- Do not treat incentives as automatic: the legal basis is checked against the specific project, legal act, goods and customs regime.
